An accident at the intersection of eastbound I-84 and I-684 has resulted in heavy delays. The accident was reported at 8 a.m. Further south on I-684, an accident between Route 116 in North Salem and Route 22/138 in Goldens Bridge, reported at 8:30 a.m., has resulted in stop-and-go traffic southbound.
