Goldens Bridge doctor founds health charity after trip to Haiti

Dr. Jill Ratner felt compelled to help after the massive 2010 earthquake in Haiti erupted west of the capital Port-au-Prince, killing as many as 300,000 and leaving 1.5 million homeless.
